Friendly staff. I think the whole head massage and shampooing is a little exaggerated. It certainly wasn't what I anticipated. It was a few seconds of scrubbing shampoo into my hair. Everyone told me it was going to be my best haircut ever. I mean, it was a good haircut but I think people gave me an overrated expectation. Don't go in thinking you're going to have anything more than a shampoo and haircut and you'll do fine.

My stylist ignored how I wanted to style my hair without clarifying that she was gonna style my hair however she felt like and cut hair that I've been growing out for a year. She explained that she did it because what I was suggesting sounded like lord farquad's look to her (I was actually planning to do a George Harrison thing with my bangs when we got to that) which she determined for me was not an acceptable style. Besides this she interrupted me after asking me a question so that she could further add to her coworker's and another customer's conversation. It was a good cut by the end and she acted plenty nice but I was still insulted ignored and interrupted.
